Eligibility requirements:

• Product must not have been commercially available in Canada prior to November 1, 2006.
• It must be at least a new application or use, not merely a change in name, labeling or instructions.
• Product must be available in finished labeling and packaging.
• Products are subject to approval by the Show Management.
• Applications must be received by October 23, 2007 accompanied with specific new product data information.
