Exhibitor bulletins serve to update you regarding deadlines, details and opportunities related to exhibiting at Buildex, Construct & DesignTrends Calgary. Please review carefully.

MOVE IN TIMES AND FLOORPLAN

REMINDER - move-in for this event takes place on MONDAY, November 5th.

Although you are able to set-up throughout the day and early evening, the EARLIEST times each show will be available are approximately:

9 - 10:30am for DesignTrends
10:30am - 12 noon for Construct
12 noon for Buildex

These are targets and we will try our best to maintain these schedules. The floorplan with targeted move-in times is available here.

 

SHOW OFFICE PHONE NUMBER

If needed, we will have an on-site phone available at the Roundup Centre. We will be answering the phone when possible and returning voicemails as soon as we receive them.

It will be available November 5 - 7 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

 

EXHIBITOR BADGE PICKUP ON-SITE

Exhibitor badges will only be available for pick-up on site. Badges are not required for move-in but ARE REQUIRED FOR SHOW DAYS - TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.

We will be ready at approx. 11am to start printing badges on Monday. Badge pick-up to take place at Registration.

Please note, final additions/adjustments can be made on-site and the on-line exhibitor badge request will be cut-off Friday November 2 at 5pm.

 

AISLE CARPETING WILL BE BLACK

One minor adjustment for this year's show will be that all aisle carpet and common area carpet will be BLACK. The good news is everything goes with BLACK so this should only be a minor detail for exhibitors.

Also, remember that all booth spaces require carpeting or flooring equivalent. This can be rented or you are also able to bring your own. There are no exceptions to this rule.

 

2008 CALGARY AND EDMONTON SHOWS

During the event, Wolfgang and Paul will be visiting your booths to help with 2008 Renewals for Calgary and exhibit space bookings for Edmonton. We will have floorplans and contracts available on-site. Bookings on-site will mean cost savings for your company.

Edmonton - April 29-30 - $16/sq ft
Calgary - November 4-5 - $18.50/sq ft (Limited time on-site renewal rate)
