The Exhibitor Manual is now on-line.
If you need to rent carpet, tables, chairs; book electrical, internet, parking; and simply to make sure the right info is printed for your company in the showguide and on-site; then TAKE SOME TIME TO REVIEW THE ON-LINE EXHIBITOR MANUAL.

Make sure you are on the exhibitor/sponsor tab and then at the top it will say 2007 Exhibitor Manual. Click there and review.

Showguide Advertising
The offical showguide is a glossy, full-color, magazine-style production that highlights the seminar schedule, exhibit floorplan and exhibitor list. It is distributed at registration to every attendee. Displays ads range from $500 to $1250. The showguide is your chance to put your advertising in the hands of delegates to review during and after the show. Ad sales deadline date is October 19th and artwork is due by October 23rd. Passport Program
The passport program is designed to have delegates specifically seek out your booth while visiting all of the passport partricipants. It is only $250 and usually increases traffic to your booth by 150-200 people. More details available at here.
Exhibitor Staff badges requests
You should receive an email from Conexsys shortly. This will provide a link for you to register your booth staff on-line. Once you receive this email, please register your booth staff accordingly.
Badges will not be mailed out in advance but will be available at registration during move-in and show hours.
