Ms. Baxter is a member of the Steelcase Applied research & Consulting team, dedicated to understanding the role of the workplace on employee and organizational effectiveness.  She has been in her current consulting role for 10 years, bringing the breadth of Steelcase's knowledge and study to organizations that are ready to redefine their work environments.  Through a compilation of facilitation and observation techniques, Ms. Baxter guides her clients through a discovery process to understand organizational business issues and uncover behavioural and cultural issues of the organization. She has developed many collaborative relationships with Architecture and Interior Design firms across the country helping them bridge the gap between an organization's goals, user needs, design direction and the design process.
