Richard Patching is the President/CEO of PAAE utilitzing his engineering and physics degrees from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, and Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Calgary.  Richard began PAAE in 1988 and was its sole owner/employee until he incorporated the firm in 1990.  Over time, the staff has grown as well as Richard’s dedication to providing unbiased advice to his clients.  Richard brings vast experience in all the industries that PAAE works with; oil & gas, transportation, architectural and environmental.  Richard has attended many regulatory hearings in the role of expert witness and has also presented a variety of papers at noise conferences from Calgary to Kyoto.
