
Liam Brunner is Vice President and Manager of Cushman & Wakefield LePage, Valuation, Advisory & Property Tax Services for Alberta. Throughout his previous work experience, Liam has accumulated 12 years experience in the real estate valuation and advisory field with a focus on various asset classes not only across the Province of Alberta, but throughout Canada.
Responsibility
As Manager of our Alberta operations, Liam is responsible for client assignments and service delivery across the Province including all Valuation, Advisory & Property Tax services in the commercial real estate sector. His major focus is on the valuation of major commercial real estate properties including all real estate assets, property tax consulting & advisory services. As an example, for our largest national assignments, Liam and his team will provide the valuation of all Alberta properties including the largest office, retail and industrial assets. For local assignments, Liam works with our clients to define deliverables and successfully meets our clients requirements.
Liam’s extensive experience enables him to provide a wide range of services to our clients including cash flow modeling and analysis for significant national purchases, purchaser’s due diligence, rental arbitrations, leasehold valuations, property and business tax representation, highest and best use studies, feasibility studies, partial takings, and expropriation of properties through out western Canada.
Accreditation
Liam is an Accredited Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) and obtained his accreditation in 2003. Liam has been a Director of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (Education Chair) since 2005, and continues to be a member of the Admissions Board of the AIC since 2003.
Education
Liam has earned his B.A. in Economics from Concordia University (1992), and his Certificate of Management (1994) and Certificate of Applied Real Estate (1996) from McGill University.
