Mr. Laurie Kimber, ACP MCIP, is the Coordinator of the Land Use Bylaw Team in the Development & Building Approvals Business Unit at the City of Calgary.  Laurie was part of the multi disciplinary team of professionals that worked with representatives of the Calgary development industry and communities to develop the new City of  Calgary Land Use Bylaw, which was implemented in 2008.  Laurie has over 15 years experience in development and land use planning in Alberta.
