Jim Love is Professor and Chair in Sustainable Building Technologies in the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Environmental Design. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He is immediate past-president of the Canadian National Committee of the Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage, and was principal author of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America’s 1999 “Recommended Practice of Daylighting”.
