Mr. Howard became Vice President, Real Estate, in 2007. He is responsible for the asset management of the Calgary West Business Unit. His core responsibilities include, building operation and management, communication with ownership, value creation, underwriting, financing and redevelopment of the portfolio of buildings he serves.

He has also worked extensively in acquisitions, leading both internal and external teams in the due diligence of major office complexes in downtown Calgary and Edmonton.
