
Bryan Walsh joined CB Richard Ellis in March 1994 to lead the Calgary office leasing team after a very successful 11-year career at Knowlton Realty Ltd. While at Knowlton, Bryan was predominately focused on downtown office leasing and advising major corporate office users, predominately in the energy business. Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Bryan’s focus has remained on downtown office leasing, corporate advisory services and office development. Bryan has listed for lease or sublease premises in practically every first class downtown Calgary office building. Bryan has also acted as tenant advisor for many large and mid sized downtown tenants for relocation, lease renewal, lease re-structuring, expansion, contraction, rent determination and other office space related issues. In total, Bryan’s downtown office experience includes over 7,000,000 square feet and over 1000 transactions. Bryan’s first foray into real estate involved the development of Petro-Canada Centre (1,711,000 square feet) and recently has gone full circle with downtown office development advisory and listing services for City Centre Eau Claire (900,000 square feet), Centrium Place (240,000 square feet) and Keynote (240,000 square feet).
Since January 2000, Bryan and Angus Fraser combined experience and skills to pioneer Calgary’s first full time office leasing partnership. Since its inception, the partners have secured over 2,000,000 square feet of office space to lease, over 6,000,000 square feet in tenant mandates and grew the team to five individuals.
